My own first experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu - THE INITIAL IGNITION:
For years I suffered from recurring severe cystitis & bladder problems.
When another cystitis came, I was already holding my first Jin Shin Jyutsu book in my hands
& applied the first step of the - so-called - bladder flow to myself. After about 10 minutes I was free of all symptoms.
From then on the journey began for me back into the connection with LIFE ITSELF & consequently with ME!!!!
