NATURETIME
Nature is one of the few places left where we can retreat without feeling the stress and pressure of our surroundings and the people around us.
Here, we can be ourselves and who we are, without anyone judging us.
When we are seeking peace and quiet, we can withdraw.
When we’re angry, we can shout.
When we seek connection, there is someone there.
Here we find an environment that is good for us, that is in harmony with itself, and that can catch us when we lose our balance.
By connecting with nature, we can wind down, switch off and find peace.
In this state, it is much easier to turn your attention to your inner issues and to listen to your inner self.
In nature, we are never alone. Starting with the countless variety of animals that inhabit the woods and meadows.
To the trees, which – as we now know for certain – are far more than just suppliers of oxygen and timber.
Right through to the unseen companions that populate the natural world, who have been forgotten over the years and decades and in whom few people dare to believe today.
Among indigenous peoples, in the shamanic tradition, and even today (e.g. in Iceland), this is taken for granted. The same is true for me.
I’d be delighted to guide you into this wonderful natural setting, where you can find peace, recharge your batteries, feel energised and simply be yourself.
Let’s take a moment to reflect and see what’s around us and what’s waiting to emerge from within. There’s space here for you, for your issues, your concerns, or simply for you to be completely and utterly yourself.
